The last week or so in Ithaca has been delightfully warm, but the cold is not far off and so we’re glad to be heading back to Jamaica. We really have been trying to reduce the volume of luggage, but without too much success.
American Airlines, much to our dismay, ceased operations out of Ithaca back in September. We got re-booked out of Syracuse and our friend Bill Turner is driving us up this afternoon. We’ll be staying in a motel near the airport and flying out tomorrow. With luck we’ll be at home at Valley View by dinner time.
